Dear Taylor, I want things only on Usenet and only current (no old history brought up to embarass anyone). Although this is what I want, I do not see that it is fair that people are off of Usenet (like with a web page) and one bringing up old history against Brad WHILE you hope Brad's friends will stay current and on Usenet. In fact, I will guarantee the following: You leave the web pages up against Brad then on Dec. 1, a friend of Brad intends to repost the Erebus post describing the way this client of psychotherapy was treated by the psychologists in spp (esp. one Leslie Packer). If you cannot be current and continue to bring up old stuff, that shall be reciprocated. Furthermore, I cannot guarantee that Brad's friends will remain completely on Usenet when discussing the problems of spp IF the supporters of psychologists in spp are not completely on Usenet. On the other hand, you take down the web sites against Brad and I will do whatever is in my power to make sure that things are not only just on Usenet, but I will do all I can to make sure discussion is ONLY current and ONLY in sci.psychology.psychotherapy. This is an excellent deal. The best you could hope for. (Note, that I am offering courtesy and kindness here. No activities exploring old history or exploring this old history in several newsgroups or off-Usenet is in any way illegal. You really simply must reciprocate, plus you are doing illegal activity!!) You have a Dec. 1 deadline at the lastest to cooperate. And, there may already be off-Usenet activity going on as long as your web page is up. You should also know that I believe I have convinced Brad to seek an attorney to bring charges of slander/libel/defamation against you if your web pages are not promptly removed. Their are 2 huge problems with the material on "your" web pages. The biggest is the implication that Brad was warned against ANY off-Usenet activities. The fact is that this is totally false. Brad's off-Usenet activities were all very appropriate and legal and through appropriate channels. To indicate that Brad was in any way warned by police about any activity of his off of Usenet is completely false. There was not a single thing Brad did off Usenet that was even in a small way considered a problem. "YOUR" web page clearly says something different abd that is libel/slander/defamation. Also, there is not evidence that even have the anon posts were Brad.
