Dear Taylor (domain owner of www.lart.com and owner of the web site, 
   www.wilhelp.com):

This is formal legal notification of legal action to be taken if your 
cooperation is not secured immediately:

Based on the content of your web sites and the NECESSARY involvement 
of Leslie Packer in the account of the police contact and of the famous 
"letter", I have decided to file a police report against Leslie 
Packer if your web sites do not come down immediately.  Leslie 
was the ONLY other person other than myself to receive a copy of the 
letter and the information about the police contact, thus any 
information about this (correct or false and distorted) must have 
come from her. (Contrary to your story, NO other psychologists were 
sent copies of the letter from the police officer.)

The account you present of the police contact, which must have come 
from Dr. Packer, is in major ways false and *defamatory* AND THUS IN 
VIOLATION OF THE AGREEMENT DR. PACKER MADE WITH THE POLICE for HER 
part.  Yes, I have the right to report her violation of a certain 
agreement that was made as surely as she could report any violation 
by me.


Quoting the relevant portion of the letter both Dr. Packer and I 
received: [snip]

"For your part, you told me that Leslie Packer had posted against you for a 
number of years and that you considered her posting defamatory.

I reached an agreement with you that you would immediately stop postings 
regarding Leslie Packer and her group.  I agreed to call Leslie Packer and 
tell her of our agreement.  I further agreed to ask Leslie Packer to stop 
postings of a derogatory nature about you.  If you or Leslie Packer have 
any evidence that cyber-stalking has been initiated by either party after 
4:20 PM CST on July 21, 1999, please advise Agent DiPrima, by sending copies 
to the BCA by U.S. Mail." (end quote) 

(Note the parts where the officer says: 
 "I further agreed to ask Leslie Packer to stop postings of a derogatory 
nature about you"   AND "	If you or Leslie Packer have 
any evidence that cyber-stalking has been initiated by either party ...")

Your web sites clearly constitutes a violation of that agreement 
Dr. Leslie Packer made with police to desist in posting in any 
way via the Internet things about me which are defamatory (all this 
comes under the understanding of cyber-stalking that was discussed).

P.S.  Legal action against you may be considered as well.  If I am 
forced to make contact with police, your part in this will be explained. 
Taking down the web sites immediately will be the only way to avoid 
a police report being filed against Leslie Packer.  (No lawyers or 
money need to be spent for this since the mechanism for dealing with 
this cyber-stalking is already in place.)

(So you see, Taylor, money is not everything now is it??)
