Legal Notice to Taylor Jimenez :

I informed you of the false and libelous/slanderous nature of your web site 
and the defamatory and stalking and harassing nature of your other 
activities. If you have any questions, please write and ask (I want 
to show fully that I have communicated with you and am going through 
all the proper procedures).  Below I will repeat just the major 
complaints about your web site (other obvious ones like attributing 
anon posts to me are obvious and I will not mention them; I will not 
bother to mention accusations you otherwise make with no decent 
evidence  or no evidence at all -- and it is *YOU that must have* 
the evidence, for as you say it is your web page). Let's have 
an open dialog to answer any question you may have.  It all furthers 
my complaint and my civil case.  Please do ask any questions that you 
have.  Today is absolutely the only chance you have to offer a settlement 
not involving both lawyers and police authorities.  I have instructed 
my wife to sell any needed stock to get the job done.  I would 
accept a reasonable settle effort from you today.  That would be 
your web site down and you ceasing and desisting all activity involving 
me personally or saying personal (off-topic) things about me.

I am meeting with the BCA agents asap to discuss charges against you. 
Tomorrow, if possible.  They have 100s of pages of documentation of 
your stalking and harassment.  I have begged them to move forward and 
have insisted on a meeting. I WILL SEE THEM.

I am also calling an attorney tomorrow.  Your defamation is obvious.  
You will pay.  Too late if you do not respond in some satisfactory 
way today.  You can otherwise pay your money and take your bets. 

Do what you can to save yourself, if you wish too.  I think you are 
sunk unless you make a decent settlement with me today.  I am going to 
invest in you.
