Sanford: This is Brad writing.
I am further disturbed by your web page.  It is MORE false and I am told
by the assistant superintendent OVERSEEING the agents who ARE hearing
my complaints that YOUR WEB PAGE IS FALSE and that I could contact a
lawyer and sue you for defamation.  I will give you the exact phone number
to call and the exact person to speak to.  He will know you whether you
use your name Sanford Wallace or your alias, "Taylor Jimenez".
He will affirm that NO determination was ever made that I engaged in
stalking and or harassment.  This is NOT what DiPrima or anyone else
determined (NO DETERMINATION WAS MADE).  Second, he will affirm that I have
reported you and the activities of your associates SEVERAL TIMES TO HIS
BCA Agents.  Third, he will tell you that as far as he knows you are LYING
and being clearly defamatory when you say you have contacted the BCA. To his
knowledge YOU HAVE NOT.

Here is the information you need to verify: (1) it was never
determined I had stalked or harassed. Representing the DiPrima letter
that way is thus false and defamatory.  (2) I have indeed done all I can
several times to report your activities and the obvious
involvement and connections to Peter Hood and Leslie Packer.  (He is aware
that Leslie Packer has agreed to not defame me and appears to be involved in
violating THAT agreement.)  Saying I have not reported the activities to the
BCA is false and defamatory.  (3)  He will tell you that as far as he knows
NEITHER HE NOR HIS AGENTS HAVE EVER HEARD FROM YOU.  Here is the contact
information you need.  QUIT LYING MACILICOUSLY AND IN A DEFAMATORY MANNER AND
CONTACT: Superintendent Tim O'Malley.  He is  aware and advised on the
case AND CURRENT ACTIVITIES and may be called at 651-642-0600.  He heard from
me for the fourth time in the last 6 months from me by phone TODAY.

Here is an email I just sent him today:

Dear [Agents], and Supt. Tim O'Malley,

I AM ABSOLUTELY DISSATISFIED WITH THE INFORMATION "TAYLOR JIMENEZ"
(<-- an alias; act. he is Sanford Wallace) provides on his web site
concerning conversations between HIM and YOUR OFFICE (some ON MAY 7 2002 !!!)

His report of contact with you and what YOU said appears on his web

I have done everything in my power to REPORT the stalking and
harassing of "Taylor Jimenez" and have shown beyond any REASONABLE doubt
a several-years-long connection between him and Leslie Packer and
Peter Hood.  Packer is involved with defamation, which she agreed
NOT to be and she should also be contacted by email (along with Taylor)

...[I am asking] you contact "Just Taylor" (aka "Taylor Jimenez"
aka Sanford Wallace) and correct the impression.  His email addresses
include: taylor@wilhelp.com and bj_faq@hotmail.com (please USE BOTH).
Inform him that I have reported his activity to you.  I further
ask you to ask him to quit linking his pages to the .gif of the
letter Leslie Packer and I received from Ray DiPrima.

has the connotation to people that I WAS CONSIDERED GUILTY OF STALKING
AND/OR HARASSMENT.  I do not believe this is appropriate. and I would
like this impression cleared up BY YOUR COMMUNICATION WITH "TAYLOR".

Note the quotes and things that bother me having to do with YOU:

As of May 7, 2002 the Minneapolis Police nor the Bureau of Criminal
Apprehension have any
information on or from Brad Jesness *OTHER* than their own investigation
the BCA conducted on
*HIS* harassment of Dr. Packer."

DiPrima letter.]

Also appearing on the same "Taylor" web page (quoted BELOW).  This
shows how the letter is construed because of the wording used by
DiPrima.  I am being labeled in a defamatory manner because of this.
Also note the word 'letter' on this web page and in this paragraph
IS A LINK TO A .GIF OF THE LETTER FROM DIPRIMA.  Leslie Packer must
be involved and be told to cease and desist her defamation [snip]
  Quoting:

"In July 1999, Special Agent Ray DiPrima of the Bureau of Criminal
Apprehension in Minnesota
gave BJ a gentle warning to cease and desist harassing people.  In a
letter to that was CC'd to
Dr. Packer, Agent DiPrima cited the Minnesota statutes on stalking and
reviewed their agreement
that BJ would stop.  The letter noted how BJ had complained that Dr.
Packer and others had been
harassing him, but unlike the complaints against BJ that the agent
characterized as having
"corroborative evidence," Agent DiPrima did not note that there was an
corroborative evidence to
support BJ's claims.  Agent DiPrima's letter, while not posted in
Usenet, was sent to a number of
psychologists who had been harassed by BJ." (end quote)

(Note also that they claim your office sent the letter to several
psychologists;
to my knowledge it went ONLY to Leslie Packer)
