Joy of Joy’s!

Today I was notified by my legal counselor that one Brad Jesness and or his
household has the means to pay for full restitution of legal costs and court
hearing’s plus damages if proven to the satisfaction of the court.

Furthermore since one Bradley Jesness uses a remailer that is located in the
state in which I reside that I can sue for damages here. Either he or his legal
representative would have to appear before the court in my locale or the damages
would be assessed against his him and/or his household for the full amount
of any lawsuit.

Why do I mention this?

As a lurker in the sci.psychology.psycotherapist  newsgroup I was incensed
at the behaviors of one Bradley Jesness. In recent weeks I saw marked increase
of the ranting and ravings of one who posted anonymously and also in his own
name, attempting to cloud the issue’s.

I then observed him threaten legal action against numerous entities.

Who am I?

Being of independent means I have the wherewithal to bring action without regard
to remuneration. However, due to the intentions of one Bradley Jesness to do
harm, malign, and enact malicious behaviors I felt it would be far better if
there were some monetary pain and to embed in him the cost of such behaviors.
Heaven knows he seemingly has no shame and very little personal pride.

One Bradley Jesness in Minneapolis, Mn, harmed me either directly or indirectly.

I will remain anonymous for now.

So now Mr. Bradley Jesness, it is your turn to squirm.

Will you apologize?

Will you post your messages as yourself?

Will you change your behaviors?

Will you provide certified scientific proofs of your “scientific faqs”?

a. This is also something that legal counsel brought up, an intention to deceive
the public and malign a scientific community. Touting his college experiences
and the Jesness family name to give weight and falsely justify his so-called
scientific faqs.

Anything received above and beyond legal and court costs will be given to a
free clinic for use in Psychological Counseling.

In conclusion;

I would like to extend my deep appreciation for those who have provided leads
and historical facts. Some of you have helped unwittingly by your writings,
and the leads contained therein. Even one Brad Jesness has done so, to his
own detriment I might add.
