7) Brad Jesness and Law Enforcement

(a)    In July 1999, Special Agent Ray DiPrima of the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension in Minnesota
gave Brad a gentle warning to cease and desist harassing people.  In a letter to that was CC'd to
Dr. Packer, Agent DiPrima cited the Minnesota Statutes on Harassment and Stalking, primarily Statute
609.749 and reviewed their agreement that Brad would stop.  The letter noted how Brad had
complained that Dr. Packer and others had been harassing him, but unlike the complaints against Brad
that the agent characterized as having "corroborative evidence," Agent DiPrima did not note that
there was corroborative evidence to support Brad's claims.  Agent DiPrima's letter, while not posted
in Usenet, was sent to a number of psychologists who had been harassed by Brad.  The letter has been
posted to Cyber-Stalking.net where it reviews Brad's harassment of Therapists.

Despite the obvious warning in the letter, Brad insists that he was not warned -- or that Dr. Packer
was warned just as he was.  Anyone reading the letter can see that his version is not supported by
the actual document.  Brad *NEVER* tells the truth.

When Brad failed to cease and desist, Agent DiPrima attempted to contact Brad again. This time, the
agent spoke to Brad's wife, Renee, to inform her of her husband's behavior and to seek her
assistance in getting Brad to stop his harassment and cyberstalking. As before, Brad tried to portray
himself as the victim, but Brad promised to cease and desist.  As before, he didn't.

To date, and in addition to law enforcement in his state warning him, attorneys representing at least
two psychologists have warned to cease and desist or possibly face civil or criminal charges.

(b)     On February 8, 2002, another anonymous poster claims that he is currently investigating Brad
and that Brad may have to finally answer to all his online and real-life harassment.

Was this above poster just trolling for a response?  That could be a possibility as Brad believes the
post came from "Just Taylor" and posted several times why he thinks he can't sue him.

The anonymous posters replies to Brad on February 13, 2002 and claims he is not "Taylor."  He then
went on to tell about some possible criminal matters that involve Brad and that if his findings are
true, he will pass them on to the proper Minnesota authorities.

Of course Brad had not one thing to worry about.  Did he?  You would think yes but Brad thinks no.  If
that is true, why did Brad follow up to the above post *SEVEN* times and start a new thread with three
posts on why nobody can sue Brad but Brad can sue anyone in SPP at any time?

What Brad won't tell about is how he is often knee deep with his own criminal activity.  Believing that
one individual had access to an account of one of Brad's so called enemies he quickly sent several
e-mails to this individual hoping to gain access himself.

Not convinced that Brad has no criminal intent at all?  Appears to me Brad is soliciting a person who he
thinks is a hacker to harass Dr. Packer, again.

(c)     Brad has claimed several times that he has contacted the police about the so-called harassment
he has to deal with.  He claimed on January 31, 2002 that police reports have been filed and there
are active investigations taking place.

Are there any investigations taking place?  Plain and simple, NO.  Brad continues to claim that he is
speaking with various local and state agencies but to date no incident reports have been filed.

However Brad has claimed that the reports he filed with the police are "special agents" at the "state
level."  Another lie?  The BCA will not take reports and only acts upon local law enforcement
reports.  Calling (612) 673-2961 will provide you with the truth about any reports being filed.

As of March 19, 2003 the Minneapolis Police nor the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension have any
active investigations on or from Brad *OTHER* than the original investigation the BCA conducted
on Brad's harassment of Dr. Packer.

On May 10, 2002 Brad finally starting dropping names on who he is whining to.  Brad should have
stuck to just making anonymous threats with his make-believe friends.  The very people who Brad
is claiming are all on the case and ready to strike upon his command have told him that he has no
case.  That this is a civil matter.

Brad now fully aware that the BCA is not going to act upon a FAQ based upon his own words really 
pushed the limits of the law when he suggested that a prominent attorney in Minneapolis is on the
case and is ready to strike upon his command.

Once again Brad is lying.  Not that you the reader would expect any less from Brad at this point.
The attorney Brad tried to claim is "working" for Brad outright rejected Brad's case.  Do to the
circumstances of the situation he did not specify if Brad offered to pay with the allowance Renee
gives him or if Brad begged for him to do it Pro Bono.

So what options does Brad have left?  None.  Well, Brad does have one which is typical for him.

Yes, its nothing more than lame pathetic attacks full of lies, false information and rage.

See for yourself and judge Brad's "FAQ" he has made for some SPP regulars.  Brad believes his
personal attacks is a "FAQ" not much different than this one.  Of course The Brad FAQ is based
upon Brad's words and actions, Brad's "FAQ" is a reflection of everything written here.
