Disclaimer: The Brad Jesness FAQ is maintained by Taylor Jimenez. This FAQ is about a coward named Brad Jesness abusing the newsgroup sci.psychology.psychotherapy as well as many, many other groups. This FAQ was not created by the current author and many have contributed to keep those victimized by Brad Jesness informed and how to deal with his abuse, stalking, harassment along with other criminal activities. Brad Jesness is a former White Castle (hamburger joint in the mid-west) burger flipper and psychology con-man. From 1995 to the present Brad Jesness has attempted to pass himself off as leader in psychology. At one point Brad had claimed he was a "certified professional" yet time after time, was forced to retract such claims as the Minnesota State Board of Psychology, the Minnesota Board of Teaching, Post-Secondary Education and Higher Education boards/agencies all say that Brad is neither licensed nor certified by them. Brad's lack of certification and free-reign to do/say what he wants on Usenet has been a sore point for many years. Brad has attempted to bully, extort, threaten and harass people who dare speak out against his failed logic or outright, dangerous advice. With a over 900+ known alias's plus his abuse of anonymous remailers, Brad has managed to remain on-line as a one man circus that has had plenty of comedic value. While this FAQ shines on Brad's crazy antics, its main point it to inform and assist those who Brad targets for abuse and harassment both on-line and in real life. Brad's only weapon is free time and several anonymous remailers to hide behind. Some may think big deal but to Brad, it is his lifeline. With the 900+ known alias's Brad has used over the years, he often sends two or three exact posts as he fears that they will not make it to the newsgroup he is abusing. Some have speculated that Brad floods groups with so many anonymous posts because like any two-bit dictator, mass-propaganda is the way to go! Brad will claim that he has many supporters and like Brad, they all use the same, copied posts and all have the same problems with the same problem as Brad. Brad often speaks of himself in the third person as he believes this shields himself from the abuse and harassment he commits. That along with the fact that Brad likes to make it appear that he has some type of "official" spokesperson and that there is always "somebody" happy to forward or post something of Brad's. The fact that they are all anonymous and they all act in similar matters should not be considered, of course. There few people that have sympathized with Brad over the years publicly stay far away from him now. As of the latest update for this FAQ, the only supporter that publicly defends Brad is a known child pornographer. Brad will also threaten legal and criminal action for those who associate, post or talk about this FAQ too. Rarely is there a day that Brad has not threatened some type of legal or criminal repercussion yet as of the last update of this FAQ, there has been absolutely nothing true to Brad's threats since he first made them on September 04, 2001. Matter of fact, to date *ONLY* Brad Jesness has been investigated by legal authorities for his real-life harassment. Quite simply, Brad knowing that this FAQ can not be challenged legally, relies on his harassment and persistence to harass those who speak out against him.
